Follow this procedure to return a defective or unwanted product

Returns procedure

To return a product you have purchased or to exchange a defective product, just follow these 3 simple steps:

Step 1

Fill out the online form to obtain an RMA (return material authorisation) number. Whatever the reason of your return you must obtain an RMA number first. Please do not ship your product back without having an RMA number. This will cause significant delays in processing your return and refund.

Step 2

A member of our customer service team will contact you to organise a suitable collection date, time and location.

Step 3

Please ensure that the return is adequately packaged, padded and protected prior to the collection date. For courier to collect parcel you must be at home on day of allocated collection.

Note: Please allow 1-5 business days to receive your refund payment.
